2. Design Levels: Image Submission and Retouching

Premium by Side

Unlock the designer's potential

Allowing for combinations of Must Haves and Additional images, this is the most sought after design level. Must Haves are images the designers will guarantee to use in the design; Additionals are images the designers may or may not decide to use in the design. To ensure great image selection, our designers recommend keeping the Additionals to about 50 images. Must Haves should not exceed the Maximum Upload for Must Haves. Must Have images exceeding the limit will be charged at the Premium by Image price.

Premium by Image

Let your client pick all the Must Have images

Only Must Have, no Additional, images can be uploaded to Forbeyon. There is no upload limit to the Must Haves.
What's included on Retouching and Color Correcting Services:

Premium by Image (No Color Correcting / Retouching)

Forbeyon to just “lay it out”

Just like Premium by Image, except you handle the color correcting / retouching so Forbeyon only has to “lay it out”.

3. Special Instructions

Please add any image or design requirements in the special instructions window.
Such as:

	Background color	(i.e. Prefer White Backgrounds)
	Image requests	(i.e. Take out Exit signs in image 2)
	Referencing a favorite past order	(i.e. Order 2076200)
	Specific Don't Do(s) in regards to the design style chosen	(i.e. No dramatic Blurs)

4. Uploading Images

Ensuring the recreation of the flow of the day, since we were not at the event and every event is custom, images must be numbered in time sequence. To create an impactful design, the designers may take liberalities regarding the placement of the images.

5. Revision Information

All revisions must be submitted through Revision Module on the online system.

Tips and Tricks:

Be as clear and specific as possible. Non-specific changes are considered redesigns.
Remain concise in your revision requests.
Use file names and descriptions when referring to images.
If you have color requests, provide those colors for the designer.
If you are interested in redesigning a layout, please state this and provide some written guidance.
You may provide a PDF or JPG for further explanation. This can be uploaded at the Revision Module.

Other Revision Charges:

On Premium Design by Side:
- Adding Sides: The per side price for design and print and bind.
- Adding Images: After the Maximum Upload for Must Haves has been reached, the per image price will be charged.
On Premium Design by Image with or without color correcting:
- Uploading New Images: The per image price for design.
- Adding Sides: The per side for print and bind.

6. Turnaround Time

Our design service is speedy, with an initial design in 2 - 4 weeks and a revision policy allowing 2 free sets of specific changes within 56 days after receiving the initial design. After the 56 days or 2 sets of revisions, whichever comes first, revisions will incur late fees: please see Price Sheet for details.
